Adam Buckler
VP Access Strategy
As Vice President of Access Strategy at Verpora, Adam leads the development and delivery of global programs that advance the use of value-based contracting to improve patient access and commercial outcomes. He guides clients through Verpora’s INSPIRE process, helping pharmaceutical and medtech manufacturers build internal contracting capability and implement sustainable market access solutions.
A clinical pharmacist by training, Adam holds a Master of Pharmacy and a Postgraduate Diploma in General Pharmacy. Before joining Verpora in 2021, he spent more than 12 years working within the UK National Health Service, including at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, a leading center for oncology and haematology. His NHS experience spans electronic prescribing and medicines administration, education and training, and national initiatives such as the NHSE and NIHR Electronic Prescribing Toolkit.
At Verpora, Adam brings together clinical, analytical, and consulting expertise to design and implement evidence-led contracting strategies. His work includes value-based contracting frameworks, capability-building programmes, and global access implementation, supporting clients across Europe, the US, and international markets.
