Shona Tierney

As Business Operations Director at Verpora, Shona is responsible for the infrastructure that keeps the business running smoothly and sustainably. She leads Verpora’s finance, legal, HR and compliance functions, and plays a key role in upholding the company’s governance, sustainability commitments, and work towards ISO27001 certification.

Shona joined Verpora in 2018 as a Healthcare Research Analyst, supporting consulting teams on payer and HCP insight generation across North America and Europe. Her early work focused on regional launch strategy and innovative contracting, building on previous roles in healthcare data and market research in Switzerland and the UK. As her remit grew, she moved into business operations - establishing the systems, processes, and controls that now support day-to-day operations across the company.
