He plays a central role in shaping and facilitating training that strengthens leadership capability, builds high-performing teams, and drives lasting behavioural change across client organisations.
With more than 36 years of senior leadership experience, Paul brings deep Learning & Development expertise and a proven ability to design and deliver bespoke training solutions. His work spans pharmaceuticals, financial services, and digital technology, with a consistent focus on helping organisations perform under pressure.
Paul specialises in senior leadership development, strategic thinking, and management training. He is particularly focused on supporting teams in complex, high-stakes environments, helping leaders think clearly, act decisively, and bring others with them.
