As Head of Learning & Development at Propel Performance, Paul co-leads the delivery of Verpora’s Human Performance Factors programmes alongside Matt Lindley. He plays a central role in shaping and facilitating training that strengthens leadership capability, builds high-performing teams, and drives lasting behavioural change across client organisations.

With more than 36 years of senior leadership experience, Paul brings deep Learning & Development expertise and a proven ability to design and deliver bespoke training solutions. His work spans pharmaceuticals, financial services, and digital technology, with a consistent focus on helping organisations perform under pressure.
